Dành cho vé lẻ ( từ 01 đến dưới 10 vé ) - Thời gian yêu cầu xuất vé (hoặc voucher) đối với vé lẻ: trước ngày khởi hành 10 ngày. - Điều kiện hoãn, huỷ áp dụng với vé lẻ: - Nếu Bên A hoãn hoặc huỷ vé và các dịch vụ khác đã đặt của bên B sẽ phải thanh toán phí hoãn, hủy cụ thể như sau: • 10% ngay sau khi bên A đồng ý xác nhận yêu cầu xuất vé do bên B gửi tới bằng fax hoặc email. • 20% trước ngày khởi hành từ 05 đến 07 ngày. • 30% trước ngày khởi hành từ 03 đến 04 ngày. •Những hình thức hoãn, huỷ khác chịu phạt 100 % giá trị vé huỷ. II. Dành cho vé đoàn (từ 10 vé trở lên) - Thời gian yêu cầu xuất vé (hoặc voucher) đối với vé đoàn: trước ngày khởi hành 20 ngày. - Điều kiện hoãn, huỷ áp dụng với vé đoàn: - Nếu Bên A hoãn hoặc huỷ vé và các dịch vụ khác đã đặt của bên B sẽ phải thanh toán phí hoãn, hủy cụ thể như sau: • 10% ngay sau khi bên A đồng ý xác nhận yêu cầu xuất vé do bên B gửi tới bằng fax hoặc email. • 20% trước ngày khởi hành từ 08 đến 14 ngày. • 30% trước ngày khởi hành từ 05 đến 07 ngày. • 50% trước ngày khởi hành từ 03 đến 04 ngày. • Những hình thức hoãn huỷ khác chịu phạt 100 % giá trị vé huỷ.
